PORTABLE WALKROUND OXYGEN KIT | Show/hide details
BRIEF DESCRIPTION This equipment provides facilities for charging the MK9 Portable Oxygen Set, or similar small capacity oxygen sets in the pressure range 0 2000 lbf/in2. The kit comprises a metal carrying case containing a 1250 litre oxygen cylinder pressurised to 3000 lbf/in2, connected to a cylinder pressure gauge, on/off valve, pressure controller and an outlet pressure gauge. A 12ft hose extends from the panel to terminate in a in. BSP female union for connecting the kit to the equipment being charged. A charging valve and inlet connection on the panel are used for charging the kit prior to use. NITROGEN TROLLEY SINGLE CYLINDER | Show/hide details
BRIEF DESCRIPTION This single cylinder transportation trolley is used in conjunction with Mk7A, Ml12 or Mk12A gas transportation cylinders for charging gas filled systems. The tow bar can be adjusted to provide three different towing heights. It may also be locked in a retracted position for stowage or transit purposes. A replaceable skid pan is provided at each end of the trolley. An adjustable regulator support frame accommodates the nitrogen regulator. The gas cylinder is carried so that the discharge valve is immediately below the regulator support frame. It may then be connected by a short flexible hose of suitable designation to the regulator in use. BRIEF DESCRIPTION This equipment provides facilities for charging pressurised canisters of electronic or other appliances with nitrogen at pressure of 1-25psi. The pressure may be increased or decreased as necessary. The kit comprises a metal carrying case containing a 1250l, Mk5F wire-wound cylinder charged with nitrogen to 3000psi, coupled with a stop valve, a cylinder pressure gauge, a pressure controller, an outlet pressure gauge and a combined pressurised/depressurise valve unit and delivery pressure gauge. Connection to the canister to be charged is effected through a 4.3m PVC (HP) anti-static hose, terminating in a Kismet Limpet connector. The cylinder and outlet pressure gauges have ranges of 0-4000psi and 0-30psi, to control outlet pressures of 1-25psi and incorporates a relief valve. The kit is also provided with a charging valve, through which the nitrogen cylinder can be charged in situ. Portable Tyre Inflation Kit Mk3 | Show/hide details
LEADING PARTICULARS This equipment provides a means by which aircraft tyres, with pressures up to a maximum of 500psi may be checked and inflated or deflated as necessary. The kit consists of a metal carrying case containing a 1250l, Mk5F air cylinder, pressurised to 3000psi, coupled to a stop valve, pressure controller, cylinder pressure gauge, outlet (tyre) pressure gauge and an inflate/deflate valve. A pressure relief valve is incorporated in the pressure controller. Connection to the aircraft is through a 915mm length of metal braided PTFE hose terminating in a swivel type nozzle to suit Schrader type valve stems. The cylinder and outlet (tyre) pressure gauges have a range of -4000psi and 0-600psi respectively. The pressure controller will accept inlet pressures up to 3000psi to control outlet (tyre) pressures of 0-600psi. Instructions for operating the set are etched on a plate in the lid of the case, together with a plate showing the diagrammatic layout. Although normally fitted with an air cylinder, a nitrogen cylinder may be fitted and suitable charging valves, with captive blanking caps, are incorporated for charging the cylinder in-situ.
